Since our candles are hand-poured and made-to-order, we do not offer refunds.

If your candle arrives with a damaged container, please contact us at [email protected]

We're sure you'll like each of our candle scents, but in the unfortunate case that one just doesn't suit your fancy, we recommend re-gifting it to a friend or family member as we won't be able to provide a refund or an exchange.
